Road to Hope Counseling is currently an out-of-network provider. I can provide the necessary paperwork in the form of a superbill in order for clients to be reimbursed by their insurance company.
Fees:
+Regular (50-55 minute session): $140
+Educators, First Responders, Nurses, Military Personnel: $110
+Sliding Scale is available for those who qualify. You can contact me for requirements. allene@road2hope.net

The No Surprises Act, signed into federal law in December 2020, ensures that patients receive all necessary financial information upfront before beginning care with a doctor or organization that is not covered by their insurance plan.
A "Good Faith Estimate" explains how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided. A Good Faith Estimate includes the following:
1. A right to receive total expected cost or services upon request or when scheduling those items/services.
2. Upon request, the Estimate is provided within one business day after scheduling, if the appointment is within three days. lf the appointment is more than 10 days away, the Estimate is provided within three business days. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for an Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
3. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
4. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Estimate and the bill.
Because every client is unique, I will collaborate with the client at Road to Hope Counseling to determine the best level of support needed. All financial arrangements will be mutually agreed upon before starting sessions. Please review the intake paperwork carefully to understand the fees, and feel free to ask any questions.
